How long do you keep impressions aside?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We keep impressions approximately 90 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In what circumstances total cost should be paid for remake?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We remake all molds with no charge in warranty period, which is\ndifferent for different issues. Refer to guarantee and remake policy part of\nthe site.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your warranty?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 90-day limited warranty for fitting issues like: feedback, discomfort\nor manufacturer error and a year for material defects. Remake will be performed\nfreely if the customer doesn\u2019t make changes on the original earmold. Shipping\ncharges will be paid in first order only and not for remake. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How soon can I expect my orders?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In most cases, the order will be shipped the following day of receipt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a remake is necessary, why do I have to complete a new order form?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new order form must be filled out completely, including the\nremake information at the bottom left of the form and a detailed audiogram, in\norder to provide you with the best opportunity to receive a new mold, which\nmatches the needs of your client most closely. That includes returning the\nunsatisfactory mold so that our technicians can compare the differences between\nthe old mold and the new impression. This process is necessary to provide a\ngood fit. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the earliest possible time to get my order ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can get it in the same day but with an additional payment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you ship orders?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We always ship back to you using the same service you used to ship to\nus, unless you request a different way.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you sell supplies?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We carry a full range of supplies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I send an earmold back to you to re-tube or modify instead of\nordering a remake?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, and we recommend that you do. This will cost you less actually.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
