So, prior to ask for any modification or remake, you should give them a try.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But don\u2019t worry,\nwe are always here for you to have a pleasant hearing experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We highly\nrecommend using the earmold lubricant during the break-in period; this will\nresult in easier insertion and can prevent any discomfort while the ears are\nadjusting to new molds.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some\npoints should be taken care: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All custom\nmolds are guaranteed against defects in material for 12 months from the date of\npurchase. &nbsp;<\/li><li>All molds\nare guaranteed for proper fitting and being without feedback for 3 months from\nthe date of purchase. <\/li><li>Old molds\nmust be returned with request for remake.<\/li><li>A proper explanation\nof the reason for remake is required.&nbsp;\nThis will help us produce a better earmold.<\/li><li>A new\nimpression, original invoice number, previous exact order date and patient\u2019s or\ndispenser\u2019s complain must be sent for remake.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Free earmolds are guaranteed under the\nfollowing conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Breakage or cracks due to material\n     defects within first year of production and purchase.<\/li><li>Discomfort within first 90 days.<\/li><li>Feedback within first 90 days.<\/li><li>Wrong color, wrong material or style\n     have been sent to you by company.<\/li><li>Your earmold has been lost by post\n     office or company courier.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You should pay for\nremake under the following conditions: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Making any\nchanges on material or style. In this case, 50% of total cost should be paid. <\/li><li>After one year.<\/li><li>Feedback\nor discomfort occurs after 90 days of invoice date.<\/li><li>Dispenser\nasks for new or different earmold.<\/li><li>Dispenser is changing the fitting to the other ear.<\/li><li>Dispenser\norders a non-occluding earmold and this results in feedback.<\/li><li>Patient\nasks for another color or style after production.<\/li><li>Dispenser\nsends incomplete or inaccurate information.<\/li><li>Simple\nadjustment could have avoided reproduction.<\/li><li>Dispenser or patient has ruined earmold by\nmaking modifications.<\/li><li>Incomplete original impression caused an\nimproper fitting, due to missing helix, incomplete canal length, and concha\nand\/or tragus areas.<\/li><li>Loss or damage by customer.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not possible\nto return custom earmolds for unreasonable issues like the followings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. The Patient has\npassed away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The clinic has\nnot been able to contact the patient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Patient\u2019s\nopinion has been changed about having BTE hearing aid, or a pair has been\nordered but later wants one\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. The noise\nattenuation is suitable based on a professional evaluation but the patient\nbelieves that\u2019s not sufficient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please fill out\nthe order form carefully and completely!&nbsp;\nMissing information may delay your order, or cause orders to be\nprocessed incorrectly.&nbsp; Please, DO NOT\nforget to fill out the audiogram part. If we see a discrepancy with your order,\nwe will notify you. However, due to the large amount of orders, we cannot call\non every small discrepancy. Please be sure to review your order before sending\nit, and make sure that all information is accurate and complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We might make few\nchanges on orders without notification.&nbsp;\nFor example, a 3mm horn tube is being ordered, but the canal diameter will\nnot accommodate one; we have to insert a large bore instead in order to make a\nsimilar effect as a horn tube.&nbsp; Also, we\nwill always try to insert parallel vents, however if canal erea is limited, a\ndiagonal vent will be inserted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We keep impressions\naside for at least one year.&nbsp; Please note\nthat the impressions for all mold styles, other than full styles, are cut down\nto the size requested, unless the customer asks for original size to be sent\nback in the order form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When requesting\nfor more than one set of molds for each ear, we only need one impression,\nhowever if you order two sets it will take two days to process, if you order\nthree sets it will take three days to process, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the processes\nstart immediately after receipt of your impression(s), and most custom\nearpieces will ship out in a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since all of the\nproducts have special codes to be tracked after despatch, we can\u2019t take the\nresponsibility of delay or loss by postal system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In some instances, the mail may take up to ten days to deliver packages.\u00a0 Our policy requires a ten-day waiting period before remaking a mold free of charge.\u00a0 If the mold is requested before the ten-day waiting period, total cost should be paid.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rosa Lab is producing earmolds with best quality and materials available in the hearing aid industry.
